Rob Mexico
Of course you keep him if this happens. I have my fingers crossed that this really does happen. I would love for JC to have a stellar year and then stay with us....AND WIN THE SUPERBOWL hahaha. I hope.
ntotoro
If he does have a legit Pro Bowl year, first thing I'll do is check to see if Lucifer bought a pair of Hockey skates. Then the FO will Franchise him and trade him away.
nebster21
Are you like a huge JC hater to the point that you can't even discuss a hypothetical question like this without getting weird? There are plenty of things discussed every year. Congrats on finding out that someone asked this question last year. You've added nothing to the thread. and you have added a thread that has been done before instead of just adding another post to his. Did you even do a search for this before posting? Read the rules and guidelines.
Gart Monk
The Pro Bowl means nothing. JC is better QB than David Gerrard.

SoCalSkins
The Pro Bowl means nothing. JC is better QB than David Gerrard. Based on what? JC is the worst QB in Redskins history who played more than 15 games for the team. There is not even a question as to him being a complete failure. The only argument left is determining where he sits among the biggest busts in Redskins history. The more opportunities he has had, the more he has secured his place as the worst ever. No one will ever be as good as Jason in how often they led the team to a loss. 70 years from now, when someone says a QB is the worst to ever play for the Redskins, people will reply that he is bad but he is no Jason Campbell. His legacy will last forever. The Pro Bowl will not be a part of it.
SkinsBoss
the funniest thread title of the day. No way is JC anything near a Pro Bowler. Let's hope there's some team dumb enough to trade us a pick, any pick to get rid of him. also, I'm thinking of a new signature on my posts.... "JC not just a coach killer but also a franchise killer"
Chump Bailey
I'm sort of thinking he will no longer be starting QB by mid-season
warriorz
If he has a probowl season, he doesn't leave... He wont want to... All he has wanted for his whole career is consistent coaches.
Redskinizzle
No one has really thrown out the idea that he could have a great year. Oh yes, I've never heard this before on ES. You are blowing my mind with this. Truly something which has never been thrown out there.
tiger187126
That's been JC's biggest problem throughout his career' date=' coaches alway's keeping him down.[/quote']isn't that the colt homer sentiment?
MustangSteve
If a miracle happens and Jason Campbell has a pro bowl year, this team will not only be playing in the post season, but will have a great shot at playing in Super Bowl 45. If he ends up being our starting QB for 2010, then please have a pro bowl year.
wvtbred
We all know Campbell has one year left on his contract, and then it is pretty much acknowledged that he will be shown the door or leave on his own. He'll be an Unrestricted Free Agent, meaning he'll be able to do whatever he wants with on consequences. BTW you started on a false statement. JC does NOT have a year left on his contract. Last year was his contract year but because they cannot agree on a CBA some of the UFA's become RFA's (lucky us). He was tendered by the team for the minimum amount they could so they could possibly trade him for something. Biggest reason happened is the FA QB market REALLY sucks this year so we might just get a 4th rounder for JC. Now just because he was tendered doesn't mean a thing if he doesn't sign the tender which he hasn't done yet.
