KokoMike
Campbell has already said he will not accept being a backup on the Redskins. He has talked about that inner dragon thing which we still have not seen. Maybe if he sat on the bench for just a while and watched Todd Collins lead us to a victory, it might just wake up that dragon and change his life and career, and maybe even change the minds of people who think he just doesn't have what it takes. It is time to stop humping the stat monkey.

Romo sits to pee exploits blown coverage against the bucs for 3 long tds on an otherwise abysmal day. he's a gunslinger/playmaker/moxy we need him. how many times does it need to be pointed out that our passing game is the least of our worries? Is this thread a joke? Campbell has been one of the few decent things about the offense so far this year. You honestly want to bench a guy who is... 5th in completion % 9th in yards 9th in avg. per attempt 4th in 1st downs 2nd in 1st down % 9th in QB Rating Yea...let's bench him. Is that Jim Zorn posting on that account trying to save his job? Stat monkey? You mean 9+ weeks since we have had a 100 yard rusher? How about our 0 rushing tds? How about : CP's stats 23rd in yards 28th yards an attempt 22nd yards a game 0 tds!!!!! No!!!! Forget we have no running game. Lets bench our top 10 rated qb playing a career year. How bout we bench the no practicing slow old rb with no more than 80 yards in his last 9 starts? He had games of less than 40 yards!!!!!! How bout we start where we aren't producing like our 24th ranked rushing offense?

You are an idiot. we're all season ticket holders on the intraweb, and honestly i don't care what you have or how long you've had it. you're on the bus for colt and you already showed your ridiculous hand before colt was put on IR. you use the same arguments against campbell that you used for brennan. if you liked the team you would realize that campbell is showing us the only measure of any success on the field. Hail to the skins baby- So our passing offense is ranked 11th, our qb is 9th or better in like every stat and our rushing offense is 24th and we have not had a 100 yard rusher in over 12 games including the preseason but we should bench our QB? Why not bench the RB?

I agree bench jason campbell butt now Farve is a winner. He and the receiver make a great play to win the game. We have been lulled into a world of medium, where things like "we are getting better" and "it's not Jason Campbell's fault" have become the norm. That inner Jason Campbell dragon? Could be Todd Collins. Why not bench the RB? I ask a simple question. We suck at running. LoveEmOrLeaveTown
sure bench the RB I don't care. I just want Todd out there throwing quick passes downfield, like the Mannings, Brees, Farve, hell even Flacco. All these QB's are leaders on undefeated teams. mistertim
With all the problems we have it's insane to me that some people can only focus on QB. Simply amazing that some are so narrow minded. Eh, I'm pretty used to it by now. Campbell could throw for 400 yards and 3 TDs but if we lost some people would still find a way to blame him. We had 42 rushing yards from Portis all game (and ZERO net rushing yards in the first half), our defense allowed multiple long scoring drives (two of which were 90+ yards), and our QB threw for 340 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT, with a 66% comp rate. Yes the reason we lost is definitely the QB.
