SKINchiefer
CP will be fine next season if we get some better O linemen.
TD Riggo
CP was 85% of our offense this year! I say we .. oh, CRAZY thought here .. KEEP CP?! If you guys want to get rid of him because he has "prima donna" tendencies upon occasion, I ask .. well, WHAT top -tier NFL RB DOESN'T?!! He just needs some "tough love" on occasion. The ONLY downside with CP is his health, which given his contribution to this offense is actually pretty astounding. To get the yardage he did this season AND be able to play every game while running behind our aging, unhealthy O-line is pretty amazing. I swear .. this board has become overpopulated with a mind-boggling number of Negative Nancys!! You'd think we finished 2-14!

Springfield
Adrian Peterson Chris Johnson Marshawn Lynch Jonathan Stewart Maurice Jones-Drew Joseph Addai That's my list. What do all of those RBs have in common? It's not that they are/were better than Clinton Portis. What they all have in common is that I guarantee everybody that they will be better than Clinton Portis. They are all much younger than Portis and will most certainly be playing at a higher level a lot longer than Portis. I still love me some Portis though. No disrespect towards him.
