FanboyOf91
Corrupt Congressman loses to a Vietnamese guy. Loving it! :applause: WWL-TV Political Analyst Clancy DuBos agreed with Jefferson’s assessment that he would have more likely succeeded had he been running against Cao on a ballot during the presidential race that featured Barack Obama... Not good news for the Democrats in 2010 if you also factor in the Georgia runoff.

Did you take the words way too literal and twist them to your own way of thinking? Yes. Chambliss, Cao, and Fleming make Obama 0-3.

Chambliss, Cao, and Fleming are not Obama. Texas didn't win the Big 12 Championship last night. They weren't playing. They are from the same division as somebody who was playing. But that doesn't mean Texas was 1-0 last weekend. Obama isn't 0-3. Obama is 0-0.

Burgundy Burner
Keep spinning it. The bottom line is that since Obama was elected, his party has lost three key races. That makes him 0-3.

Actually, I think you are the one spinning. It's really hard to make an honest case about a voting referendum on a candidate before he is sworn in. That's what you are trying to do. Wheather you say Obama is 0-3, the demacrates are 0-3, or that Chambliss, Cao, and Fleming are all just 1-0, it doesn't matter. The trend that you are going to see now that we have this economy, is a Democratic President, with a republician Congress, to emulate the 1990s boom. Cooked Crack
Not good news for the Democrats in 2010 if you also factor in the Georgia runoff. Except for the district here is heavily democratic. Come 2010 Cao should be looking for a new job. I got to give the people props for not electing this scumbag. Why couldn't they have done it in the primaries?

Cooked Crack
It will trend that direction You guys are making too much out of these victories. Georgia - Chambliss would have won Nov 4 if there wasn't a third candidate and a stupid Georgia law. A Republican winning in Gerogia? Talk about beating the odds. Did Obama even win GA? LA4 - Out of that district Obama won one county and only by three points. LA2 - Jefferson couldn't outrun the crap on him especially in a special election. Obama campaigned for the guy running against him the primary. The DCCC didn't shell out any money for Jefferson winning either. No one wants Jefferson winning except for Jefferson. Like I said before Cao has 2 years in a heavily democratic district.
