Burgundy&Gold4Ever
This was posted in the Breaking News section awhile ago, but I didn't see any discussion of it here. I searched and don't see anything on the first few pages. That hip flexor for Portis is a big deal, for he's questionable for Sunday. Also, Springs is doubtful. Way too many injuries on this team. I'm nervous about Sunday. Where's the emoticon for biting my nails? ETA: Found it. http://breakingnews.nypost.com/dynamic/stories/F/FBN_REDSKINS_INJURIES?CTIME=2008-10-17-16-16-26&SITE=NYNYP
TSO
Me thinks Zorny likes to keep opposing teams on their toes. When you hear him talk, it's like "oh, no... they'll go" but then the player he's talking about is listed as questionable. OLS
9_to_42_td
At least Alexander should be fresh for at least one play anyway.
NoCalMike
It seems like any listing other then "doubtful" means the player ends up playing, unless something between now and gametime gets worse. You even see players listed as "doubtful" play on occassion. Portis is playing.

CPAllTheWay012
I'm pretty sure Portis will be ok to go. Keep in mind he was full-go at practice today.
bushwack
Portis will play and continue his streak of 100 yard games, and hopefully he'll put up another 2 TD's on Sunday...as for Springs, I'd be surprised if he plays. I'd love to be surprised come 4:15 Sunday afternoon.
Bacon
Portis will be ready. Springs? Maybe, maybe not. We need him to cover Edwards.
MrJL
Portis will be ready. Springs? Maybe, maybe not. We need him to cover Edwards. Rogers covered Owens. He can cover Edwards.
HOGnificent
havent heard that but if it was true that would suck. Still got faith in a sunday win tho
Bacon
Rogers covered Owens. He can cover Edwards. True. And he covered Holt last week. I'm convinced that this forum has poisoned me against him.
cubanl81
I'm not worried I have faith in Rogers this year. And Portis will be fine. I have a good feeling about this game. I think Alexander and Taylor are going to have a big game. Not saying CP won't go over. I just think Alexander might get like 50 yards, Cp probably 150. This is going to be a run it down their throat, kill the clock game.
RAAZ227
Henrahan said that Portis was playing. I think Zorn is playing a little strategy to make it harder to the Browns to game plan.
-Landry30-
I think they will play, Zorn made it sound as if they will
