I'm really thankful for what he's brought to this team, on the field, in the locker room, and around the community, but I feel that we can move forward from here, and he can, too. I see him stuck and not shedding blocks, getting there late, and just not being effective anymore. Sucks to see for lack of a better way of putting it.
