Mufumonk
Anyone ever suffer a pulled/torn hamstring? I felt a pop in mine last night and I've had cramping and spasms ever since. What are the chances this isn't a tear?
Heidenreich
An ES Hamstring epidemic this week! Does it hurt now? If it hurts & you're just laying or sitting, it may be torn. If its sore or hurts when you walk, then it probably just a pull.
Mufumonk
I'm not the only one this week? Eerie. It's more of a dull ache when stationary. Certain movements feel like it's going to pop out the back of my leg.
Corcaigh
From what little I know (I've pulled my right hamstring a few times, but never a tear), if it is a tear rather than a bad strain you would be unable to stand or walk. You would also see bruising.

Corcaigh
Did you get the "pop"? I've had both. A pop is concerning but doesn't always mean a trauma. I've had some horrible noises when I've rolled my ankle but never needed surgery to repair.
KDawg
Probably a deep bruise. I was just layed up for 2 weeks with one. I've been rehabbing the last 2 weeks and I still can't go full tilt.
