Anyone know where I can find a video of "We are the Redskins" from 1986?

Steinberg had it on the Sports Bog, but it is no longer active on youTube:

Was really funny and there are some local celeberties in there like a random appearance by Micheal Steele.....anyways just looking for it, please post if you know where to find a copy..thanks

Thanks!

Wow that is cheesier than I remember....would be funny to see some of our current players redo that.

And way to go Green, someone should surprise him with that during his HoF induction

Nooo please lets just leave this where it belongs....in the 80s!:D

It's not as bad as New England, The Patriots, and Me, also done in '86. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=25222935 That was awful! It sounds like something the Brady Bunch would sing. '86 was the year the Bears came out with the Bears' Super Bowl Shuffle, and other teams tried to come out with their own song in response. Man, I still remember Jim McMahon in that silly headband and that awful rap for that song. I just looked it up, it's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJNC3dgreaU. Actually, the song thing wasn't unique to football that year. The Mets had a song that year, too, that came out during their great run. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0txUWNpSlc I'll confess I still know every word to that song -- granted, it's quite repetitive and not much to have to remember -- and I remember playing it on my car's tape player to psych myself up and tame my nerves as I was driving to take the SATs. I lived in NY at the time.

Thanks for posting about the Redskin song from that year! Living in NY then, I never found out about it until now.

I remember all these but thanks for the Mets one. That brought back some great memories.

Haha, well lets get it down to serious note.

I took the time to upload it, downsize it and maintain a decent color, and now that video is every damn place I look.

However after the 75th DVD came out obviously a better version was out, but that's besides the point.

I've seen countless people saying, I uploaded this bla bla bla, suck a dick.

Well, thank you for being one of those that did upload it and make it all pretty for the rest of us.

I'm sure others have uploaded it as well and you weren't the only one in the world so:

So it's a coincidence that after I uploadeded the video that all of these other people decided, "Hey, I'll upload my copy too."

Highly Highly doubtful

I'm sorry, you're right.

Whenever a TV show, movie, or any video for that matter is uploaded online, no one uploads their copy

Were talking a video made in the 80's not anything recent. Before I uploaded my copy of it there were 0 copies online, why do I know? Because I looked for them prior to doing so because it would be pointless to waste my time, I do this every time before uploading / recording.

I'm not saying people didn't have the video, but they didn't have it uploaded for downloading like I did.

Then thank you for starting the revolution on that one.

I'd give anything to see those clips of Green played at Canton during the ceremony :)
