Killer Rob
not sure how many QB's in the league can do this...... but atleast our guy can!
jnhay
I would guess it would have been almost 70 yards if it dropped. I remember last year some critic saying how Campbell didn't have that strong an arm (ironically it might have been Skip Bayless while praising him). Killer Rob
well if it was Skip Bayless, I wouldn't expect anything logical! Dude's got an arm, thank you Joe Gibbs!
Chanhillbilly
I just remember thinking why didn't ARE run to his left on that play..
Oldskool
His long throws are not what worry people, it's his short to mid-range passing. Zorn will correct it though. :fingersx:
[[ghost]]
He is amazing. Now if he gets his release faster and his accuracy up.... KillerRob, you have a ton of clips on the skins, don't you?
Patrick86L
I just remember thinking why didn't ARE run to his left on that play.. Yea but you can't really blame him. I'm sure he was as shocked as anyone when the ball bounced into his hands and had to think REAL quick.
ntotoro
]']He is amazing. Now if he gets his release faster and his accuracy up.... He won't have any choice about his release with a three-step drop... Just hope he can improve his accuracy.
skinsince72
That will be our version of the WCO. All passes 60 yard strikes, no huddle!!

How many short passes did we see sail over a WR head??? Hopefully Zorn can get this under control..
Cyber Pimp
I dont know about 60 yards. Think about the last play of the Bills game. Instead of throwing a hail mary into the end zone. He threw up a duck that was 30 yards short of the endzone. Even if he can throw that far. What good is it if you cant hit the target.
Killer Rob
I'm still trying to understand the WCO, and what it involves. From what I understand, it mainly involves a short/mid range execution. If that's the case, I hope that helps open up doors to take shots like this, and Moss goes back to his 2005 stats.

He needs to get more air under his long balls so the receivers can adjust to them easier. Each year he's improved, so I'll expect him to be better in every facet next year. Cyber Pimp
dude? did you watch the vid?? It was 60 plus yards easy Yea, it was 60. But what good is it if he can hit the target? I would rather have a accurate qb vs one with a strong arm.

He kinda did throw it as accurately as one would expect when there's 5 defenders just waiting in the endzone.
Killer Rob
thanks for the positive feedback guys this time, JC and Moss had us all cheering. Asante Samuel ain't gonna stop this!

Wait, didn't you say "I don't know about 60 yards..", and then mention the pass against Buffalo that fell "30 yards" short of where he intended it? That kinda indicates that you're doubting whether or not he can throw it that far lol...I'm guessing you didn't mean it that way, though.
twistedpower
everytime ARE gets a punt he spins 5 times before going forward and on that play he goes straight to the goal line, why cant he learn from this

When a ball is thrown that far it is thrown to an area and it's up to the receiver to go get it. It's like over throwing a baseball. Acuracy suffers. I didn't realize that Moss had trouble getting a handle on that ball too. I hope he remembers who he is for the 2008 season instead of how he was in 2007.
