Veretax
Jason Campbell: Said he's shocked. It was a long emotional and draining season, Said he thinks the decision about Gibbs spending more time with his family, doesn't know if Taylor's death was a factor, but it was a traumatic experience for the team. Said Gibb's Faith, and faith in God, taking things and making them important to you and take advantage of the opportuniets you have and move forward. Being a good man in the community. Says Continuity Matters cause you build relationships there, you kind of don't want to start all the way over again. They know their nucleus and they know where they have to go to be where they want to be.

Avic
Was a pretty short conversation. Recap: Did Sean Taylor's death affect his retirement? Can't really point to one event, although it was very emotionally draining. What made him such a good coach? His faith in God and Christianity, being a good member of the community. Does continuity matter? "You kinda dont want to start over from scratch all over again" Its real important.

DCsportsfan53
Do any of you advocating Saunders not be here realize the potential impact on Jason? He's JUST starting to come into his own, finally, for the first time since high school, entering a season with complete knowledge and understanding of an offensive system. He's JUST gaining his confidence and realizing how close he is. And now, you want them to blow it up, bring in a new coaching staff and have him start over, once again? That will set his development back by years.
