TaylorPickSix
Do any of you advocating Saunders not be here realize the potential impact on Jason? He's JUST starting to come into his own, finally, for the first time since high school, entering a season with complete knowledge and understanding of an offensive system. He's JUST gaining his confidence and realizing how close he is. And now, you want them to blow it up, bring in a new coaching staff and have him start over, once again? That will set his development back by years. I agree wholeheartedly. If Saunders leaves and we implement a new offense, Campbell will be at least two years from reaching what he could do next year in Saunders' offense. Is that why when a new OC went to Dallas they improved, or when a new offense was put in place in Pittsburgh they didn't skip a beat....your points hold no water

They run a offense i want JC to run, but that wont happen.
edgun88
How many times did Campbell say "you know"? Or am I the only one who counts?

You're talking about guys that were further along in their development as a QB. To change everything on him again, probably have a new coach changing his mechanics again, just as he's finally found continuity in what he's doing for the first time but still hasn't fully put his feet on the ground would be a very bad move, IMHO. You're talking about very different situations.
Rat_Boy
Funny though, the reason Williams was ousted in Buffalo was a sputtering OFFENSE. Well, we have Saunders for that. Heck, even his OC in Buffalo must have learned something. Kevin Gilbride, who's offense just beat the 2nd rank D in THEIR house, was his OC at Buffalo. He learned. So too can Gregg Williams. GW as coach scares me after witnessing first hand the debacle in Buffalo, and I really want Saunders to take a hike and get the truck out
LoveDaSkins172645
Seriously, if Williams and Saunders are not here next season this team is ****ed. Jason Campbell is learning this system and to bring in someone new will screw all that he has done up.

Campbell's_da_man
This sounds like Greg Williams & Saunders will stay with G.W. being our head coach Sounds perfect to me!!!! Just perfect!!!!
