redskins59
I say Chris Samuels ****slapped Jason "mr senior citizen" Taylor. Sure, he got a sack because of a fluke, but Taylor was basically being manhandled. Our Oline gave campbell all the time necessary to throw the ball. If we can handle Miami's vaunted defense, we can handle any other defense out there IMHO.
NewBlood81
Samuel won by a big margin.

Alldaz
Samuels play got better as the game progressed...J.Taylor was playing stout but not to the extent where he was a 1-man wrecking machine...The O-Line played very well as a unit also. Jofizz
Wanna know a better battle than that? Zach Thomas vs. Casey Rabach. Rabach absolutely pwned him all day every time he would try to rush.
the burgundy and gold
i think Samuels definetly won. Taylor only had one big play that i can remember. Samuels played really well imo. He also made a great tackle on Betts.

angel2
Chris is not as fluid as he was in years past but he has gotten smarter and stronger, not relying on his natural abilities.
moondog
You wanna know who won against Samuels you say? LADELL BETTS hahaha he ran Samuels the **** over hahaha. But I thought Heyer looked great as well, they showed a couple replays where Heyer stopped Taylor in his tracks...but there were one or two false starts on him too. I'm pretty sure our o-line looked similar to last year.

Redsknz4life
C. Samuels won this battle...and Heyer did a good job on the other side when he came in. J. Taylor got one good jump on us (although I think he was offsides).
johnjack
I too would say that Samuels got the better part of Taylor overall. But did anyone see any of the match of Zach Thomas and Mike Sellers early in the game. Not only did Sellers stone him on one play, but afterwards got up talking to him. I also saw Sellers talking to Joey Porter after a few of their confrontations. Thumbs up to Stephon Heyer for doing a pretty good job also. [[ghost]]
A "rusty," ProBowl Tackle owned the DPOY in one-on-one. No help from the backs. Samuels had it down.

Zen-like Todd
Samuels, easily. The sack Jason Taylor got was a coverage sack. Samuels was locking down Mr. Defensive MVP all day long in the run game.
scruffylookin
Samuels destroyed Taylor. No preseason and still came out and shut down one of the best passrushers in the NFL. Samuels is not only our best lineman, he's become the best left tackle in the NFL. IMHO.

laurent
Samuels and the Washington offensive line collectively whooped Miami's d-line Redskins style. The way we finished the game was vintage Redskins football. Unbelievable.
