ttr77
Brunell was an all-pro with several years left in the tank. Isn't Green like 39 years old already? Brunell was all-pro? I had no idea... Either way, I would take Green today over the Brunell of 3 years ago.
Flycoach
I second this notion. :phinsuck: I third it. Green has old legs. One or two hits from the Wrecking Crew and he's done.
Peregrine
Sweet. Now Green may be an improvement over whoever else would have been their starting QB, but hes joining the Dolphins late, and this is a week 1 game. He wont be ready. You always want to get players in transition and teams in transition early in the season.
AJWatson3
Not too worried about Green behind that Dolphin OL. He had one of the best units in the NFL his entire time he QB'd KC. It'll be like Emmitt leaving the Cowboys and going to Arizona.
Chief skin
Trent was a skin long time ago, plus Saunders knows his weaknesses and can suggest defenses to beat him
CPortJGibbs89
Kind of funny how we opened up last year against a former skins Qb and we end up doing the same thing this year. Only I hope the results are much different this time around...
SonOfWashington
I have a feeling Culpepper will be starting by the end of that game.
redskin48
Brunell was an all-pro with several years left in the tank. Isn't Green like 39 years old already? I think Green is 37 and they gave him a 3 year deal
NoItAllRS
Subtracted by the fact that Green is knowledgeable about Saunders playbook. Green is going to suck without that playbook!
borninblood
I have a feeling Culpepper will be starting by the end of that game. Dante will not even be a member of that team at the start of that game
skinny21
Green is getting too old to compete effectively in this league anymore. I'm not too worried about our first game. Then again, I wasn't too worried about Minnesota either. I guess I really can't take anything for granted with the skins. I'm not sure that his age and a concussion prove your point... this guy was the most underrated qb in the league for three years straight before getting knocked the &%$@@# out last year.
