WE NEED SOME KIND NEED A PASS RUSH. if we don't get branch a pass rush will be useless because teams wont pass on us. after all we allowed 4.5 yards per carry and were 27th against the run. you'd be crazy not to run against us. secondly branch can collapse the pocket but more importantly he frees up our DEs and griffin on passing downs. Football 101: Defenses that give up huge chunks of rushing yards suffer in the passing game as well. DE's don't help when a team is rushing for 175+ yards. That was one the reasons our pass D was also atrocious. Its called the play action pass. Look at ALL the teams in the Superbowls in recent years...the one thing they had in common was SOLID big DTs.
