Bangee7
I have seen numerous posts on here about signing players and converting them from their natural position and "teach" them to play Middle Linebacker. Truth be told, this bugs the heck out me. But if you can't beat 'em, then join 'em. So my topic is tongue-in-cheek.... What Player from any position should we sign and convert to MLB? My vote goes to sign Brian Moorman, Punter (Buffalo) sure ST killed him on the fake punt in the Pro Bowl, but with the right coaching, we could "teach" Moorman to stay a little lower. also, if he worked out REAL hard this year, he might gain weight and get stronger too. Just think what a beast he will be next year !! Imagine...Rocky, Marcus, and Moorman !!! We'd be set.

mook_juice83
the best way for all of us to dispell ignorant threads like this is to ignore them.. so I'll se ya later
Bangee7
get the hell outta here clown wow..a little over the top, no? have I truly offended you THAT much? jeesh...relax a little dude. if you don't like it, then just keep on moving. Vilandil Tasardur
I for one, think it's a great idea. Because converting to middle linebacker worked so great for Marshall, I propose we test his athleticism and set him at corner. I've seen him run and I'm sure he can keep up with Steve Smith...at the very least he can't drop as many picks as ol' stonehands. Second order of business is to switch Golston to safety, and move AA WAAAY down into the box, as in noseguard. I'd even let him play a little tackle judging by how well he protects Frost... It was just an unnecessary thread, not a hate crime. you need your humor switch checked....this could be fun.obviously, the point has missed you. I've performed stand-up on Broadway; I know funny. DiscoBob
This is the offseason MO.....people post random threads, and then people who claim to be "horrified" that someone would bother talking about a certain topic actually take time out of their glorious lives to let the other people know that their posts aren't up to snuff....it's kind of like commentators at bowling matches.....you have to say something, but their ain't much to really talk about..... Xameil
actually, it is kind of a funny concept. Just because you guys don't get it doesn't mean someone won't. Take Monty Python for one. They are comedic genius' and yet there are people out there who think they are stupid. So I'll play along. I'd say make David Carr a RB. His O-line is so bad, he's used to running for his life anyways.
Sociofan
Alright, I'll play along. Put Cartwright at Mike and replace Marcus with Brunell at SLB. That way, at LB, we have: Rock, Rocky and Wooden Rocker

pjfootballer
Not sure why this idea is funny, but I guess some people have a different sense of humor. I mean, we were 5-11, I'd rather have a serious discussion about the MLB. But OK. Bashing the idea, not the person.
JorgeSkins
(Aside to pjfootballer:) Just curious, but I see where you have the 'skins flag going on and then wizards, capitals, dc united, orioles, nats, terps, ...................... then all of a sudden and out of nowhere comes a memphis flag. LOL. I love close to memphis, so, i'm not saying there's anything wrong with that. just thought it was funny and i'm a curious as to how the mighty tigers of memphis found their way onto that list. Chump Bailey
Why is that such a stretch? Lemar went from outside/weak-side to the middle and did pretty well the previous season I thought. Your typical NFL LB is pretty versatile and interchangable IMO for the most part.
More Complete
 The answer is Sean Taylor. Everyone knows he can play any position on the field. End of thread.
#98QBKiller
Forget signing, let's put Santana Moss at MLB. Maybe he can't help from being blocked but he's fast enough to run with any receiver and he can get to the QB fast...great idea huh?!??!?

HailSkinz1
I think we should convert Mark Brunell to MLB. That way everyone on here can blame him for the defensive problems we have next year! Hail, H
