Yeah, hanging leg raises is where it's at. Unfortunately, I'm a month or so from ab work due to hernia surgery. :mad:

Don't worry about the plateau because I'm having the same problem and I bust my ass in the gym. I guess being almost 40 is part of the problem. You really need to watch what you eat and continue your workout.
