Smurf85
I just want to know you would like for him to say? Lets see he could have said he was a nice guy.I don't want to hear on how good he's throwing the ball. That is just scary and if you don't see that. Then you have the Gibbs glasses on.We all know Gibbs brought Brunell in and he's in love with him. Tastes Like Chicken
Gibbs sounds like he really wants to build a winning franchise, for the long-term and not just for his remaining tenure here.

Smurf85
If Brunell starts a game next season without JC being injured I will be reeeeeeeallllllllllllyyyyyyyyy pissed with this team ... Not only that, but i think Gibbs will have to be fired right away.
Chris Worthy
Asking about the comment from other players about Jason and being on the field Complimenting his poise and command in the Huddle. Likes his long ball and using his moblity to escape pressure. But made a joke about Jason making sure he slides.

Chris Worthy
Asked again about keeping the entire staff. Not to clear on that. but did say he worked hard to get eveyone in here. Asked about if anyone contacted him about permissions to contact staff. Informed them no.

Tastes Like Chicken
Sounded like Gibbs was fumbling a bit with that clarification of keeping the entire coaching staff together next year, ie. "what did I say before?"

Walking Deadman
Not only that, but i think Gibbs will have to be fired right away. That would cause a fan revolt. Campbell has proven that he is the guy, that he was well worth the move up to get him.

I wasnt talking about Brunell. Your the one obsessed with that topic. I was talking about in general about the team. You griped about everything he said. I will say that I really wish we could get rid of AA.
Jumbo
I actually thought this was one of Gibbs' better PCs. While still classic Joe, he somehow seemed more clear, focused, and determined in tone and content, and less cliche'-driven or syrupy/softy/we-don't-really-know-what-happened. It was easier to dance to; I gave it an 85.

Chris Worthy
I personally think we need to trim some of the coaching fat. Im with you on this. So many coaches is like that game where you say a sentence and by the time it gets to the last person its a totaly different line. See clock management... See position Coach meeting conflicts... See record...
Smurf85
 Hence the word wish. I know i wish we still had Pierce,Clark and even Smoot.I wish we didn't give up a 3rd round pick for a 3rd string RB.I Wish I Wish I Wish.To abd it isn't going to happen.

Was there more to it that wasnt coming thru in everyones "condensed" version in the thread? From what a few posters said I still dont think this GM thing is out of the question. No way Gibbs looks at a situation like Seattle and cant wonder how it would go if he didnt need to worry about the GM side of it.
