There is a follow up story.part II Absolutely the guy with the flute was making fun. So was the "Holla if you seen the leprachaun!" So was the guy who did the hilarious "police sketch." People were just having fun. I have no doubt that many of the people were in the crowd were actually looking to see something that looked like a face, but that's not the same as thinking there really is a leprachaun.
