1. Joe Gibbs must, must, must, take the team to several Indian reservations throughout the country. The players in between January and OTAs MUST gain an appreciation of the teams heritage. Perhaps have them live on a reservation for a week. The egocentric behavior of this team and its players must stop now. If we are to win in 2007 we must live as one and die as one.

2. We must cut Adam Archuleta, Brunell, and Jansen.

3. We need to look for depth on the OL, and trade for a legitimate pass rushing threat....perhaps Julius Peppers.

4. Gibbs must forbid the players from having sex during the regular season...its a distraction and players need to maintain all the energy they can during the season. Its not an accident that people abstain from sex while in serious training/competition.

5. We need a bona fide GM with equal say as Gibbs regarding personnel, with Snyder as the tiebreaker. That's the way it worked with Beathard and the results spoke from themselves.

Only 1/2 a joke.

I don't see any kind of connection between Native Americans and the Redskins thats positive. All we hear about are the protests over the PR.

Some positive marketing of the Redskins at different reservations and educating the players about past warriors (both in and out of football should humble them).

We need to get the CB position sorted. We've lost Champ Bailey and Fred Smoot over the years and i see this as the first place of attack when opposing teams study the Redskins. Rogers has been picked on, and Springs was hurt for too long.

A solid injury free DT and kicker would be my next stop, then OL depth.

This isn't the olympics or world cup and they are grown men (some married). This is a pipe dream.

Yes, I agree we need a lot better OL, but I think we should keep Jansen and Samuels, and work off of them

If Art Shell deserves one more year in Oakland, so does Jansen. And we can't even afford to cut Arch, his cap hit would be about $9 mil..

How can watching a proud group of people who were screwed by Whitey make the team better?

Perhaps the skins should give out blankets contaminated with small pox to opponents to make it to the Superbowl.

I think #1 should be to trade Portis and our first round pick to the Jets for Vilma and John Abraham.

Edit: #2 should be to hire Matt Millen to be GM if he is unfairly fired by Detroit.

Edit2: #3 should be to find a way, even if it involves trading JC, to bring in burger-loving, future-HOFer Drew Bledsoe. 40,000+ passing yards and 250 passing TDs speak for themselves.

Edit4: Trade B. Lloyd back to the 49ers for Antonio Bryant. Have you seen how many catches Lloyd has this year? While we're at it maybe we can work on getting Taylor Jacobs back. He used to be our best receiver and we should have never traded him.

I think it's an idea that can be tweaked and made to work. Perhaps rewarding players who have good games with free top notch hookers? If you have a good game you get good sex. Seems like an excellent idea to motivate the players.

While I would love to be the Skins new GM I would be doing the franchise and it's wonderful fans a disservice if I accepted. As I said Matt Millen should be hired as GM. He is the only one I feel is qualified to right this ship and take us to the promise land.
