hail2skins
27-0 over a team that hasn't looked too bad so far this year.......I know its early in the season, but if the Bears don't wind up with HFA throughout in the NFC, I'll be shocked
dsciambi
They're dominate in all parts of the game. They did what we didn't...took what worked well for them last year and improved upon it greatly. 40-0 right now. Just wow. They've been demolishing every team this year. If they keep it up, expect them to be a sure thing in Miami. @Green Bay 26-0 Detroit 34-7 @Minnesota 19-16 Seattle 37-6 Buffalo 40-7 They play @Arizona, Bye, San Francisco, Miami, @NY Giants, @ NY Jets, @New England, Minnesota, @St Louis, Tampa Bay, @Detroit, Green Bay. There's no way they don't get HFA.

In Flames
best team in football, no doubt. a clicking offense, a stout defense, and solid special teams. i also think grossman gets comeback player of the year (over mcnasty)

cosmopolitianbloodloss
Is it possible to trade teams? What if we dress them up in burgundy and gold and rename them all? No one would notice
NOVA2Tampa
they look unbeatable right now. hfa could be theirs, I agree. With their schedule, they could very well run the table...I hope they do, just to make the '72 Dolphins cry...
eagles78
They're definitely the best team in the NFC, probably the NFL right now.

DWinzit
yeah, they are major scary. who the hell thought grossman would be any good. Take away the fact the guy was a Spurrior product, he looked like he had the tools coming into the NFL. His major issue had always been staying healthy. Damn they look good. Phixius
What a soft ass schedule. If the Skins had that schedule we would still lose a couple of games somehow. Give Chicago credit they are the best team in the NFC.
4skins23
What a soft ass schedule. Easiest schedule in the NFL. It's nice to have a Superbowl put on a platter for your team. I'm still wondering who they paid to get that schedule. Maybe next year,we can .......

4skins23
only took him 21 years to get them back to playoff form. They have yet to prove that they will make the playoffs.... AKA see colts 2005 season.
4skins23
Hes the main reason they haven't been contenders for 20 + years. He'd rather start over with pee-wee leagues and coach-um til they make the NFL.

dsciambi
You can say all you want about it being a soft schedule, but they're destroying that soft schedule. If it were the Redskins, we'd slaughter a couple of the teams, but we'd also let a couple stay in the game for entirely too long, and probably end up losing a few. It's not just that they're putting up lots of points, their defense is also shutting down every team. Heck, even their kicker is hitting everything. NASMTrainer
Look I'm not gonna say thay suck cause you have go give it to them, they are winning the games but come on, look who they have played. So far they have beaten 5 teams with a combined record of 9-14, the Seattle game was without Alexander, which is a HUGE, part of their game. The next 3 teams they play are a combined 4-11. When they beat Philly, San Deigo, Cincy, then I'll be impressed, until then they are an average team beating below average teams.
JerseyGator
The Bears at the moment don't appear to have a weakness. I don't think anyone will beat them at home if it counts. They will have two tough games on the road against the Patriots and Giants. Their average margin of victory is 24 points. It's rare where a team is at the top in points scored and points allowed. Maybe Spurrier will get free tix from Grossman to the Super Bowl.
Henry
The only danger for the Bears right now is that they may be peaking too early. But they sure look good. They're where we should be right now.
Tom [Giants fan]
Are you guys kidding? You are giving credit for the Bears' success to a soft schedule? They have been destroying team after team. And I know they didn't have Alexander but they put a hurting on the Seahawks. I for one am not looking forward to the Giants playing the Bears. Even if it is home. hail2skins
Tom, the three-game stretch where they have to play the Pats, Jets, and Jints on the road may well show us how good Chicago really is. The sad thing you take a look at their schedule and those three games are the ONLY ones you see the Bears have a chance at losing.
