Here's the Redskins' cap situation for 2007 --

42 players signed for a combined $105,225,416

$588,203 in dead money for 13 players

Total cap charges: $105,813,619

The salary cap will be $109 million, so they're $3,186,381 under the cap for 2007.

Is an NFL roster not 52 player's? So 3 million under the cap with 10 positions to fill. But of all teams why would Skins fans worry about the cap. No team is better at manipulating the cap than the Skins. The Skins were in cap hell this year but managed to make the biggest splash in FA. So you know thoughs numbers mean nothing.

Brunell, Patten and Wynn should be gone.

Thrash, and John Hall should be gone too.

I like Wynn and Patten, they just need much smaller contracts. Brunell's contract was waaaay too big to begin with, that deal never really made a lot of sense. I have a feeling Hall will be on his way out after this year too.

sure why not, im not a carter hater yet, but even if he sucks the rest of the season, he's better than wynn

i dont think u watch redskins game

wynn is a very good run stoper hes much better then carter as of now i seen carter get twisted by jones and chester taylor.......
