congo4269
My buddy just got a call from the Skins yesterday so I thought I would share it here... his name is Ray Henderson and he played for Boston College Check out his bio if you're interested http://bceagles.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/henderson_ray00.html He played middle linebacker, and he's a beast. Definately won't be a starter, but will definately help out with special teams. For you UMD fans, he's the one that returned that interception on you last year
Critz1407
wow were are getting alot of linebackers in there to compete.
Chris Worthy
Another LB? ....hmmmmm...looks like they are sending a message to Holdman.. perform to the level we think you can do or one of the young pups will outshine you.
Trevor
Henderson was a pretty good college linebacker who made quite a few plays last year for BC. If I remember correctly he was a converted QB. Might be a guy who can make the practice squad.
warren
He was definitely solid at BC that boy!
Kurd Cudins
We have already brought in McIntosh, Simon, Havner, pruitt and now Ray Henderson. GW must really not like our current LB's.
Laxpunk2006
I like that we're flooding our team with linebackers. The coaches are making it obvious that LB is a priority for camp and they WILL find someone to fill the spot.
Art
We're throwing noodles on the wall to see what sticks. Creating an IMMENSE pocket of competition to see who stands up to the challenge. Should be an interesting camp.
bulldog
Warrick Holdman may have a hard time making this team if McIntosh comes in as a quick learner and Clemons shows he is capable of being a quality backup LB.

congo4269
Yeah he's a converted QB... not listed yet because it's unofficial (he just got the call last night). I like how they are grabbing up all these linebackers; gonna make for some amazing competition.
FBChick
We're throwing noodles on the wall to see what sticks. Creating an IMMENSE pocket of competition to see who stands up to the challenge. Should be an interesting camp. Actually I bet it has a LOT more to do with Special teams. LB and RB are usually you're best built players for ST. While I'm sure these guys will be given the chance to compete for LB spots, I'm sure the signings were with STs in mind.

jayneal7
Someone needs to link all the undrafted free agents we sign. So far looks like LB comp. will be fierce. Still think we need a couple CB's, OL's, TE's and a Kicker & Punter (still like Groom and The MD kid).
Peregrine
Sweetness, another one. Its funny. In camp, theres gonna be like 6-8 guys at each position working out, except LB, there will be a herd of 20. Easy to pick out.
brandies
After Howard at OLB there was Alston, Abdul Hodge and Gerris Wilkinson left that were a cut above the rest. There was no need to pick a lb after that because there was little distinction between a draft pick quaility linebacker and a FA linebacker. A great example of this is Havner who was rated higher than Alston on some boards.

congo4269
The skins FO won't be announcing the names until later this week... sorry, I guess the subject is misleading, but he hasn't signed yet (he got the call though, and is coming down for minicamp this weekend)
