21KillzCowboys
Grabbed this from a Patriots board: "Adam Schefter reported on the NFL network, Law will go to GB, only if Wash does not match his offer...." Did anyone hear this? With a cheap contract he could be a 1-2 year solution, but JG & GW seem to be looking for younger talent.
stwasm
I'd take him for the right price. He'd be a good nickel corner.
terpfan
Wow... I didnt think we would be aiming that high. Would Law really a nickel for us? He's still a damn good player.
da#1skinsfan
Absolutely...BRING HIM IN!
ImmortalDragon
When were we going after him? This is the first time I've heard about him all year.
HailYeah
ummmm.... Dont know about this. But GB is like $30 million under so I think they will make him an offer we cant match. We dont need him anyway.

Isifhan
As long as we don't break the bank on him he's good for a couple of years. This would allow us to draft a CB in the draft and not have to rely on him to start even in the Nickel if needed. It would be a solid pick up at the right price. TheDane
This sounds like Law's agent posturing. Of course he'll throw us into the mix, we are known spenders. It's a good ploy to drive up Law's value and, perhaps, get Green Bay to offer a bit more.
authentic
yikes, ok let me calm down. It seems more like speculation than anything. Giving the fact that we've made a splash so far. I would absolutely love to have him here, but not for the type of money that he demanded last yr.
Oldskool
um... wow. I dont find this creditable at all, considering Law wanted to be paid and paid well for a new contract. But imagine this... Open CB competition at training camp. My money would be on Law beating Rogers for a starting job. Springs and Law with Rogers as the nickle.. JeSTeR
I have a feeling it's just another example of his agent throwing the Redskins name into the mix to try and get more money from GB.

Big Weirdo
This would be stupid. He's aging. The Redskins should draft a young buck to groom. Let him go to GB.
jthor99
i heard it on there network he said it sarcastically as if we would offer him something since we have been very active with free agents. ty law wont be signed by the redskins

bmw2301
WOW that would be a great player to pick up for the nickel. Springs, Rogers, and Law with Jimoh in the 4th spot.. NICE
terpfan
Haha, OK that makes sense. We definately do need a younger guy anyway.

BLEED-B&G
Law wants to be the highest paid corner in the league, even if he wasn't being sarcastic we aren't going to sign him, especially to be the nickel
DieselPwr44
Whoa gang. Timeout....... Think about this a second : Adam Schefter reports.... Now, what exactly has he gotten right concerning the Skins this offseason??
f_trizzy
After what Favre said about them needing to be more aggressive I'm sure they will give Law a pretty nice contract to get him in GB.
lucky*13
He would not sign with a team only to play nickel back,at this point in his career he is looking for his last decent contract. I would be surprised if the skins had any interest in him.
