Redskins add Randle El to receiving corps

Randle El had a career-low 35 receptions for the Super Bowl champion Steelers in 2005 but in four seasons has established himself as one of the game's most versatile performers. While he is no doubt more famous for his 43-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl XL than any of his 162 career catches or five return touchdowns, the Redskins signed him to be their No. 2 receiver, opposite Moss. Washington apparently plans to employ a lot of three-receiver looks next season, with former Rams and Chiefs offensive coordinator Al Saunders calling the plays.

wow, i thought Lloyd would be the #2 guy?

Thoughts?

im assuming we'll pretty much have 3 starting wrs in this new o

Yep, a lot of three wides next year. Our offense could be scary, giving Saunders these weapons. This is a much better WR corp than he had at KC, and we all know the numbers that they were capable of. Granted they had Tony Gonzalez and Priest Holmes/Larry Johnson which are just a shade better IMHO than Portis and Cooley. But we'll see, their games will probably be helped by the new addidions as well.

No need to tax your mind....look below -

LOL at your sig with NO CENTER on the o-line.

I wish we could start 12 giys so all of our recievers had a chance. Oh well. We might run 5 wide with no RB in the backfield. Or 4 wide w/ Portis in the backfield and no Cooley.
