Grumpy Vet
...and if I had my way - I'd put Sellers and Thrash in that play too.... w/ the other stupid guard... Freakin' CBA should have bumped players on the field at one time to 14 for each team. It would only benefit the players....

tool1215
I really like the trade for Brandon Lloyd, but i think we payed way to much for Randle El.Don't get me wrong i think he is a good wide receiver, but i don't see the reason to offer that much of bonus money(11 million)

dinzelwashington
lets just say all three of our recievers can be number 1 on any other average team.. Hail.. cant wait any more patient for september
SkinnedAussie
With R-E now signed, wouldn't this signal the end on Antonio Brown? GV, no offense, but I'm sure our centre would love to see his name spelt correctly - RABACH.
RedzoneHunter
I can't see Randle El as the #2 wr. He only had 35 receptions last year with the SB Champions. That's 35 catches for 20 games counting the Super Bowl. I see him as our #3 wr that is making #1 money, not a wise investment.
kevinklein
Lloyd will be the #2. It would be dumb to even think otherwise.
RedskinzOwnU
Does this mean we get to pay Lloyd #3 WR money? I sure hope so...
SlinginSammy HOF '63
Portis should have a wide open six lane highway to run through when all three WRs are on the field. This will create HUGE holes for the running game. And if Ds try to blitz they risk the big play.

Hail.. cant wait any more patient for september Not to sound negative but RE couldn't be a #2 on a lot of teams let alone a #1. There are teams with better #1's than Santana. Although I do agree that we suddenly have an amazing WR corps.
elkabong82
I don't really think Randle El is getting overpaid. His contract is over a six year period, with the bulk of it being in the last year. If he hasn't performed well by then, we cut him and save money. Also, a very good portion of his contract is incentives. The signing bonus you knew would be huge, that's how we get players to sign. If you still think we overpaid him, keeping in mind he is also our return man now, and will be useful as more than just a #3 receiver; wait to see how he does here before completely codemning him. Brown_Hornet
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2365504wow, i thought Lloyd would be the #2 guy? Thoughts? Well, maybe he's going to be the #2 QB.
dpass
I think randle el will be our KR/PR first because we still have patten, jacobs, and thrash plus the addition of Loydat wide receiver. He will see time at WR though. One thing for sure is we have a lot of weapons now.
