skins1972
After a couple of weeks where other team boards seemed to find US before we even had a chance to look for THEM ... we’re back. A few Tampa Bay Buccaneer boards for your perusal and enjoyment. As always, if you elect to go out there and get interactive in the name of ES and Redskins fans in general, please do so with the idea of acting there like we expect visitors from elsewhere to handle themselves here. Also, if you know of other good Bucs boards you think should be added to the list, post 'em if you got 'em. Official Team Board Bucs Insiders Pewter Report St. Pete Times - Armchair QB :helmet: Beared pre-facing after merging three of these type threads. ~TK I have to say its very sad to read how their fans are feeling about their team. Here is an example :-) Here's the real game plan vs. the 'Skins. 1st down: Cadillac up the middle for 0-3 yards 2nd down: Cadillac up the middle for 0-3 yards again, but a holding penalty will occur 2nd down and 20: Chris Simms skips a pass to Galloway because he's new found favorite sport is basketball. 3rd down and 20: SACK because the o-line block like Swiss Cheese 4th down: Bidwell creams one 60 yards. Dalecitymike
They lost to the 49ers, I mean come on! We have to show the NFL and the media that we can win on the road. We need to go there and beat them so bad and rub in their faces. If for no other reason then Warren Sapp embarasing our team years ago!
redsand521
"Someone just tell chris simms to stay away from throwing it anywhere near sean taylor. he will either throw yet another INT or better yet get one of our players hurt" From the Bucs post..... rvan1
AESH... we need this win big, and they are still a 5-3 team... i hope gibbs gets the skins ready.

Art
Certainly very different feels getting to 5-3. As we knew very early on, the Bucs were a very soft winning team playing no competition of note and they were just squeaking by. What DCM says here is right. We have to win on the road. We can dream of an 8-0 home record but, the more we steal on the road, the more you can survive a home loss. Right now we have one tough win on the road against Dallas. We need MORE. This is an ideal situation to get one as we match up nicely against the Bucs. They will be playing for their lives though, which is always a worry. For the first three quarters, the 9ers did pretty well against the G'aints. Don't totally knock the 9ers.

I agree, their D still looks tough to me but on O, their rookie qb will be in it for a long game. Here is another funny one from a bucs fan: Arrington already has a chris simms mask that he stuck on a tackling dummy, Simms is going to be in major trouble this weekend if he starts. rvan1
the also might be a little embarrassed about the panthers loss, which is fuel (just look at the skins game following the giants loss)
skinsfan080
We need 3-4 road wins minimum. I think we can get 6-7 games at home. But the SD, Dal and NYG games will be tough.

rvan1
i dont think we need to go 11-5 necessarily... i would think we could definitely get in at 10-6, MAYBE 9-7 depending on the bucs, falcons, and cowboys.

Commander PK
In today's NFL, I don't count anybody out. Tampa Bay's D is still decent. They should have problems offensively, but remember a rookie from Pittsburgh named Rothlisberger? We should win, but we better be prepared. They need to approach this game the same way they approached the San Fran game.
Truant
Whatever, I have no sympathy nor should we overlook a 5-3 team. All Simms has to do is play like Orton, which isn't terribly difficult. We gotta score and not let Cadillac or Galloway get a seam.

Lil Kenzo
I feel bad for any buccaneers players who are reading their posts. Their fans are pathetic. The least that they could do is talk about what they need to do to win instead of bashing their team.

NYFootballGIANTS
Hey, you guys sounded just like them after you lost to us. Just look on any message board after a tough loss. Fans can fall into depression pretty easily. They are still digesting a tough loss. Give them a few days to get over it and once they start looking toward the Redskin game, they will probably be more logical about it.
