Drex Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 Offense looks the same as last year with Brunell at the helm.You saw a more modern, downfield offense with Ramsey in the game. I'm not sure what Gibbs is doing with Brunell and Ramsey, but something tells me that Ramsey was not too hurt to play..... Something tells me that Brunell is gonna start against Dallas next week. Neither would throwing an INT or fumbling the ball against an all out pass rush by a team that is pinning them back in a last chance effort. It didn't get Brunell benched last year....lol And one of those fumbles was due to a clotheling tackle...unlike some fans, Gibbs is aware enough to not hold that against Ramsey. Gibbs has to decide right now if he is going to let the offense try to win a game of if he is going to lose 7 close games because with a better QB/offense running on 3rd down and 7 could mean trouble.
