Our scouting department is just horrible right now.....common sense would tell me to snipe Jake Verity from the Ravens practice squad. Verity was giving Justin Tucker a bit of a push in camp this summer. Plus the Ravens are excellent on special teams and have an amazing history of coaching up their guys. Instead we add Blewitt....I just hope he doesn't miss his first extra point. That would be an all-time low for this organization after all the junk we have seen the past 7 days.

To keep it simple...Jamin sucks right now. Not because he's not a good athlete or a good kid, he's not a very good football player right now. There is only so much you can do to hide him. He's constantly out of position because the game is soooooo fast for him right now. Worst of all, he's not a very physically imposing player. He stays on the ground, he doesn't strike people, and he's just timid. He needs a full offseason to gain weight, build a NFL body, and get reps at Will Linebacker. He's not a MIKE. We need to do what the Ravens did when Dobbins got hurt. Sign every experienced body to the practice squad and active them when they get in shape to play. Sign Reuben Foster and Benardrick McKinney to the practice squad right now!

Baffles me why Reuben isn't at least on our practice squad.

Maybe Del Rio is trying to get fired. He was probably making more money working for ESPN.

Overall pretty negative from our fans. Defensively we were ALL OVER the WR's. We ran into an extremely accurate passer who had very large targets to hit. Jamin Davis is not ready to play full time and when he was off the field we were rolling. We will continue to get him reps and help him grow. But overall, our D played well. Offensively, our tackles got exposed by the most fundamentally sound edge rusher rusher in the NFL in Bosa. I think we will be fine. But I guarantee Reuben Foster or Bendardrick McKinnley get a call this week. If Jamin is forced into action then we are in serious trouble.....as a run defender I think he is as raw as Sammis Reyes is as a pass catcher. He has a long ways to go. I think we crush the Giants this week and we keep progressing.

I think you hit the nail on the head....Jamin looked really comfortable in coverage and struggled mightily as a run defender. The remedy is that we are going to run a lot of nickel packages where Landon Collins is utilized. Jamin will replace Bostic potentially down the road, but right now he's a liability in the run game.

WOW....that is amazing news! Sammis Reyes making the roster simply shows that his upside and drive to compete has to be through the roof. Apke making the roster over Moreland has to really show his growth as well.

ummmm no.....no chance I would go Kyle Allen over Cam. Cam is a redzone nightmare and offers offensive versatility. I would have prefered Montez over Kyle Allen.

Davis needs a TON of reps. I mean he really needs a lot of REPS. To me the game is entirely too fast for him right now and playing the MIKE is something he's not ready to do. I would put him on the weakside and let him run and chase. To his defense he looks very comfortable in coverage....I anticipate him being really good in that department. Run game he's not very elusive or stout. What is Reuben Foster doing right now?

He needs reps....he's probably the MIKE next year, but right now he's a run and chase weakside linebacker.

He really looked bad last week....this week he's attacking more and being more aggressive. But he's still out of position and lacking a feel for the position. Bostic is going to be the MIKE, Holcomb will be the SAM and Jamin is going to play on the weak side. He's VERY raw as a player, it's just going to take some time.

Tanya is awesome! Tanya and Jason Wright are becoming a dynamic duo. Both of them seem so easy going and so easy to approach and communicate with. Wishful thinking...but I hope Tanya can keep her title and added responsibilities.

I remember being pissed and thinking we passes on a future HOF guy in Derwin James and passing on a 20 year old can't miss prospect in Edmonds. If Derwin can't stay healthy this year we might be able to have him on the roster for next year and still have Big Payne holding it down.

You are exactly right....Collins has a good feel for identifying routes in the passing game and he's pretty effective in the run game. I think we will run a ton of Big Nickel and have Curl and Collins on the field at the same time with McCain playing FS. Couple that with Jamin and Holcomb....gonna be a dominant defense.

Could be a situation where Fitzmagic had some input and our Oline was probably anticipating him to return as well. Plus he played pretty well last year. He found the position he is comfortable with. We got a steal.

I would love for the Giants to get Parsons instead of Penei Sewell. I think Parson's is a headcase.....I dread the fact that Sewell is going to fall.

Very excited for the Giants on this deal....ton of money for a guy who led the league as the worst receiver in the NFL when it comes to separation. He's a jump ball player who can't get open. I would be super excited if they pass on the top WRs in this draft.

Nah not really....the only guys that come to mind who can take it to the house any moment is Dalvin Cook and Raheem Mostert. Other than that, it's Phillip Lindsay.

Totally agree.....he certainly has value as a backup for sure. I also think he's a good kick returner. We need a punt returner in a bad way. HOLY CRAP!!!! The Broncos are releasing Phillip Lindsay!!!!!

I think Harmon is waived......Cam can play and I think he's a really good WR who is progressing and getting better. I'm anxious to see how AGG comes into camp. I have a feeling he's going to be 20 pounds heavier and he becomes a versatile WR/TE. But as much as some do not like Sims....he's a poor man's Curtis Samuel. He needs to progress but he's going to make the roster.

Teddy Bridge is not losing a QB competition to Allen. Regardless, I would much rather have Fitzmagic throwing to these guys than Bridgewater or Allen. This offense is going to be explosive no matter who is at QB though.
