Why do we want the Rams to lose? I know you mention SOS, but please explain.

The front office is definitely worse.

If you can get a low first round pick for any player on this team, you DO it. Trade Allen, Payne, Terry, it doesn’t matter. These guys are older and you might as well get younger and faster.

I say this as a fan of Howell and knowing full well that our offensive line is not that good, and our WRs aren’t helping but many of Sam’s mistakes whether it’s sacks or INTs are his to own. When talking about time to throw, people make it seem like it’s a large time gap between Sam and the best offensive lines. It’s probably more like this QB gets 2.9 seconds to throw while Sam only gets 2.5 seconds to throw (just throwing out random numbers). Yes it’s less but it’s not like Sam is only getting 2.5 while everyone else is getting 10 seconds to stand back there. He has to see the coverage, make adjustments pre-snap and then hit the hot man if time is running out. I’m okay with running it back with him next year, he’s shown enough flashes but next year he would have to take a leap.

Micah Parsons, no excuses, just makes plays. 13 sacks his first two years, and already 11 this year. One of the best players in the league not just on his team, so you know he’s being doubled and tripled team. No excuses, just makes plays. Meanwhile, Montez and Young couldn’t muster even 10 sacks and were still waiting on Jamin’s potential.

There is no point in winning any more games this year. I hope they lose out. Play well but lose. It’s going to be a bunch of new players hopefully, new coaches, new front office so winning would just be useless.

Coaching vs scheme. It’s a little of both. I don’t think we have playmakers.

I don’t know how Harris will be but I damn do I feel for Carolina fans being stuck with Tepper. Not sure about him as a person but he seems off.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s aiming for a shot at the top QB or trade the spot for massive draft capital.

I think it’s important to remember that it’s nice to “want” big name defensive coordinators, but this place was/is a mess and hiring guys like that who may have been coveted by other teams may just not have been possible.

There is not one person who is untouchable on this team. We do not have a hall of famer in their prime. It will take at minimum 3 years to be legitimate contenders, if it even happens that quickly. In three years the guys who you think are untouchable now, will be in year 8-10 of their career. A smart group would gut this team, as a long term strategy.

Yep, coaching doesn’t make you make plays. Otherwise, there wouldn’t be any jags. Players need to make plays.

…and that’s the type of separation our WRs need to get. I don’t care how “elite” people think you are or how “fast” you may be, if you can’t get separation, it’s difficult

Our guys don’t fight till tbe end. Parsons kept fighting for that sack, meanwhile our second lineman #76, just let Parsons run by him when he clearly could have stopped him.

Terrible play calling by not running with 1 yard to go on both downs, but if it leads to a loss fine

Terry needs to get more separation or go get the ball in the air.
