    If going by just 3 games so far, it seems some of you are basically saying Gonzales ceiling is Darrelle Revis and Forbes' ceiling is DeAngelo Hall. By what I've seen, that's actually not far off.

    Dan Snyder can walk away with 6 billion, but he can never walk away from his reputation. While public interest in him dwindles, and he fades into obscurity, the internet is forever, and 100, 200-whatever years from now, long after he's passed and the money he made is worthless, he will still be inked as one of the worst owners in professional sports and an awful human being. That should give all of us satisfaction. Today is a glorious day, my friends. Enjoy it and take it all in.

    They didn’t draft him to solo tackle Derrick Henry. They got him to cause turnovers and score with the ball in his hands. As long as he puts in effort and moves the ball carrier back into pursuit, there’s roughly 9 other guys who should be stopping the run.

    Y’all are going a bit overboard with the weight gain. 200lbs? Are you kidding? That’s 30lbs in 4 months. I doubt he’ll run 4.3 at that weight, and your taking away what makes him special and a playmaker in the first place. I remember when Gibbs asked Portis to gain weight to become a bell cow RB, and he wasn’t the same player he was in Denver. ~185lbs should be good for him to add durability and keep his athleticism.

    The more and more I hear about Forbes, the more and more I fall in love with this guy. He might be the first jersey I buy since RG3 his rookie year. (Granted, I might wait and see if we rebrand again) Hoping we just drafted a perennial All-Pro. Haven't had one of those in a while.

    The weight concerns are a tad overblown. If he gets around 175-180 lbs range by season start I’m not worried at all. DeSean Jackson was 170 lbs, and he played offense. He was getting smacked around by LBs and Safeties and played 14 seasons in the NFL. Forbes is the hitter not the hitee. He’s gonna be fine. Welcome to Washington young man! Here’s to a bunch of pick sixes in the NFL!

    Fair, but no one is right 100% of the time. I’ve seen your posts, and you would admit if you’re wrong. What’s done is done. Give the kid his fair shot.

    Honestly, I liked Forbes a lot. He may have went higher than most people predicted, but I think he’s gonna ball for this team. People talked **** about drafting Dotson, and he was a pleasant surprise. I’m gonna be positive and assume a similar outcome is in store for Forbes.
