  1. Washington should refund the people that paid for this BS!!!!
  2. Think Rivera threw this game on purpose, by not even playing our second string. Giving Ravens 20 wins
  3. I'm great!!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I'm just not sold that Milne is so sought after by GMs because of tweets from beat writers and there is no actual game film that shows all of these great attributes outside of college which landed him in the 7th round. Now I understand we will have to battle other teams to get him to the PS, but still many have stated that he would land on a teams 53 with based off of practice reports. Just don't see it IMO!!!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Had to add some extra exclamation points
  4. Just a question for those that think Milne will get picked up from our PS!!! What has he done outside of practice that other teams that passed on him doing the draft would change their minds? Has he flashed during any preseason game? I haven't seen that!!! Do the other teams have film of our practices where he is having a good camp? Comparing him to Sims, who actually performed on Game days, to someone who nobody has any film on!!!
  5. All this talk of Cam Sims not making it, but Isn't he our best special teams coverage WR? If so wouldn't that almost guarantee him a spot?
  6. Under the new PS rules, Can you protect 4 players on the PS from being claimed???? If so I can see Reyes and Patterson being placed on PS and then being protected
  7. I have been reading this thread for awhile and it seems either you are against the vaccine or for the vaccine. I am vaccinated and would like everyone to get vaccinated, but I also understand that there is a lot of people who do not believe in vaccinations and we have to respect those people as well. Many of you question why don't they believe in vaccinations, I believe it is because there are a lot of people that don't believe in science and medication. There are people that will not even take Motrin or any type of OTC medications. Many believe in hollistic medicine. To many times we try to push our beliefs onto other people, without realizing that they also have a belief and faith in something we don't understand. I have talked to many people about why they are not getting vaccinated and many of them don't believe in the science and the timing of it. I believe a lot of the hesitancy in getting vaccinated is how quick the vaccine is available and them having a belief that all of the side affects from the vaccine can't be known in this short period of time. I have heard many people state they would rather get Covid and build a natural immune system to the virus then get vaccinated. It's a belief and just like in all aspects of life we have to respect other people's beliefs....
  8. This is why we're extreme, I'm probably the only one to think this is why I'm not putting any stock in Heinicke performance. The Bucs never seen him play and had no film on him. Just like the first game against the Chiefs, the Bucs Defense was getting burned. Now look at what happened in the second game after they figured Mahomes and the Chiefs Offense out. This is why you don't judge off of 1 game.
  9. How about 2021 1st, 2022 2nd, 2023 1st, 2024 2nd, Matt IO and Landon Collins for Watson??????????
  10. I'm going to keep saying it, Eric Stokes is taking over for Kyle Smith and has a better track record. He scouted the Legion of Boom. Name one player that Kyle has scouted or drafted better than Stokes.
  11. Which is my point a lot of NFL people might not know Kyle Smith. After reading up on some of his work, he was a part of the legion of Boom drafts in Seattle. He has been praised by Ron Rivera for his talent evaluation.
  12. Why do people keep writing off Eric Stokes? He could very well be a better talent evaluator then Kyle. We fall in love so much with the home grown person, that we don't believe someone could be a better hire. He was a Fritz Pollard Sout of the Year recipient and he's been praised by RR for is talent evaluation. If he is what some think he's capable of then Kyle Smith is not needed.
  13. Maybe we have a better Kyle Smith in Eric Stokes???? It seems he has been the one on a path to transition from scouting to GM. You can't just look at the draft to determine how good he has been, because Hurney had final say in Carolina. Maybe all of there draft hits were scouted by Stokes. Maybe he is a better talent evaluator then Kyle? I don't know but it seems as though Ron believes this.
  14. Question for the more informed posters? Could we keep Kyle Smith as well as adding Hurney and Mayhew? This seems like a better front office to me, with Hurney as the GM, doing all of the other responsibilities of a GM except player personnel. Which would give Ron someone he trust in that regard. Then by adding Mayhew with Kyle Smith to complete the roster rebuild with Kyle focusing on the draft and Mayhew focusing on trades and FA.
  15. He didn't return, and that would be a big blow if he is not able to play this week against Seatttle.
  16. How serious is the Allen injury? I know groins can keep you out a couple of weeks. He didn't return in the game and is limited in practice.
  17. Just like last year when Sweat wasn't looking like a first rounder. These guys have to learn the game and realize that you won't win just because of your athleticism.
  18. Kinlaw who has no sacks on the year and Winfield who only has 1 int that both play on way more talented defenses.
  19. Those numbers are not inflated, if you take out the 4 NFC East games, we still only gave up 1 300 yard passing game to the Rams. We had a total of 8 sacks, passing yards of 278 Cards ,142 Browns, 206 Ravens, 300 Rams. The offense turned the ball over 8 times in these games (5 against Cle). If the defense has a problem it's getting off the field after a turnover. In those 4 games we only gave up 8 drives over 50 yards. If the offense was able to give them some help. They would be even better. Their not the 2000 Ravens or the 85 Bears but they're still pretty good.
  20. Ok maybe it's just me, but I think the defensive line is doing a great job. We're number 1 in the NFL in Passing Yards Allowed, 3rd in Sacks, 5th in Total Yards Allowed, best Sack percentage without blitzing. To me all of this is attributed to the defensive line. Our LBs and SEC are weak. Our DT are 4th and 6th on the team in tackles. Our starting LBs have 9 more tackles than Jonathan Allen. That is only 1 more a game. The Defensive Line has been so good they make teams play the quick game and getting the ball out of the QB hand fast. The difference is if you look at the other good defensive lines in the nfl, look at the lb core and secondary. Pitt has Fitzpatrick and Garden. Rams have Jalen Ramsey. NE has Gilmore.
  21. Defense from last year to present 2019 2020 Sacks per game 10th 7th Yards per game 27th 15th 3rd Down Per% 32nd 12th Points Per Game 27th 22nd It's a process, but it is improving
