  1. I dont think it's a no brainer for AZ to pick a QB, they could add Harrison and change the dynamics of their offense, and revitalize Kyler's career.
  2. So I'm thinking this is our scenario for the best haul if we trade out. I think the 3rd pick is probably the best case and if someone right behind us wants him we could end up getting that Niners type deal you mentioned earlier. Maybe wishful thinking but we know teams are desperate for young talented QBs.
  3. @Skinsinparadise@JamesMadisonSkins Does anyone think Daniels has a chance to climb into that top 10 and drive some urgency for a desperate team?
  4. We need starting quality talent at DE, OT, LB, CB, and TE so the more picks the better off we'll be. I'm curious what value moving out of the 2nd or 3rd pick could bring along with moving J Allen. That's gotta be worth 5-6 picks in the first two rounds with 1-2 deferred to 2025, am I way off on this?
  5. I typically hate complaining about refs but I do have a problem with how they call the first 3 Qtrs and then tighten up when it's the last 7 or 8 minutes of the game, its been a problem all year. This is a great example. Yes, it's a flag but be consistent throughout the game.
  6. The Pats play the Jets in week 17, If we can figure out a way to stay consistent and lose out that game will be interesting to us.
  7. From reading these posts I wonder how many people actually listen to what John Allen said on the Junkies show. He didn't openly advocate for anything. EB asked him a question and John answered it honestly. I didn't hear anything wrong with what he said and I appreciated him answering honestly but he wasn't advocating to leave the team. The reality is he's got no guaranteed money left and he's getting up there in age so he's probably low-hanging fruit for the incoming GM to unload for some draft picks.
  8. Lerch from the Junkies said a source he has who is an actual player on the team told him that Jack told the players a couple of weeks ago he and Ron would be let go at the end of the year. I thought that was interesting, not important but interesting.
  9. How does being frustrated turn into him trashing teammates and coaches? Say what you want about his play this year but the dude always takes responsibility and I've never heard him trash anyone. He signed his deal before the 2021 season and he's made 2 pro bowls since. So yeah he took the money but acting as if he hasn't performed after the contract is inaccurate.
  10. I think it was last week or the week before when he was on the Junks and said this was his team growing up and he wants to be here until the team is a winner (paraphrasing), said it wasn't about money. I think his contract has already paid all of the guaranteed money so he's probably a good candidate to move unless he's willing to play for a team friendly deal.
  11. The players deserve more shade than they're getting, the only way you reach this level of suck is by checking out.
  12. Will McClay has been in Dallas for 21 years and will never see the GM title there so it's odd that he hasn't looked for a move. Is he the front office version of EB? Whoever is drafting in Dallas has done a good job hitting on elite talents and building a pretty good roster year after year. We should find out who that guy is and look at him.
  13. TN won so we should be 5th due to our weaker SOS.
  14. I was a little annoyed by Josh laughing it up during the Chicago beatdown but I see he's finally joined the rest of us.
  15. Isn't it odd to hear a player call out coaches? Whatever happened on the sideline is probably connected to his answer, I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.
  16. I'm looking for some, I didn't know anything about it until I listened to Ron's presser.
  17. In Ron's presser the last question was about about Del Rio and EB getting into it on the sidelines, supposed J Allen and some other players were also involved. I missed the first 3 quarters so I'm curious if they showed it on the broadcast and what happened.
  18. Thats why I think it will be tough, is a new GM willing to take on the risk of passing on a blue chipper for Sam, not an easy decision for anyone. I know Sam is solid and could be a good NFL starter but some of this will be about business and ego.
  19. Yep, my fault but I haven't seen anything definitive that the Bears are moving on from Fields and the same with AZ, a lot of things need to happen for us to get in that spot but the Bears and Giants both have 3 winnable games left. Based on today's strength of schedule we would win the tiebreaker with the Giants but our SOS will go up by season's end so we'll see.
  20. I wouldn't be against that but I would bet decent money a new GM coming in will want to make a splash in the personnel department and also get the benefits of a fresh new rookie contract, we'll see.
  21. If we end up with the 3rd or 4th pick I think its bad news for Sam, I dont think Carolina or Az are picking QB which means our new GM gets to pick his guy and one of the top 2 QBs coming out of college. I know people love Sam and our O line is poor but I think it will be hard to pass up for whoever is making that decision.
