    Funny detail from Keim's podcast. At the intro press conference for Ron, Dan said "Happy Thanksgiving everyone". They claimed it was an inside joke but Keim saw the paper copy of the speech and it said "Happy New Year Everyone". Dan was so flustered he forgot what time of year it was!

    With seven playoff spots and a mediocre NFC, 9-8 could still get into the playoffs. The real magic number is 9 loses.

    The offense has had two very good games- Both against the Eagles. The other 6 games have been poor to mediocre. The defense has had one good game- against the Giants and 7 games of poor play. Not a winning recipe.
