  1. Big reason why even though I love Android, I got my eyes open.
  2. Perfect. So I reserve the right to post random tech articles in here for awareness and discussion then when I have the time: http://www.networkworld.com/article/2887240/microsoft-subnet/apple-linux-not-windows-most-vulnerable-operating-systems-in-2014-ie-wins-worst-app.html A whopping average of 19 security vulnerabilities were reported every day in 2014. The number of vulnerabilities discovered each year in operating systems, applications, and hardware has skyrocketed in a nasty trend, according to analysis by GFI Software. Operating systems with most security vulnerabilities in 2014 The top spot for vulnerabilities in operating systems no longer goes to Microsoft Windows; in fact, Windows isn't even listed in the top three. Instead, the most vulnerable OS was Apple Mac OS X, followed by Apple iOS and Linux kernel. As you can see in the list below, Mac OS X had 147 vulnerabilities, with 64 being rated as high-severity bugs. There were 127 in iOS, 32 of those rated as high. Linux kernel had a rough year, with 119 security vulnerabilities and 24 being rated as high-severity. The flip-side is that none of the security holes in Windows versions were rated as low severity.
  3. For the life of me, I'm still dealing with the whole Gadot getting picked over Carano for Wonder Woman.
  4. He could also lose his hair in the movie *shrugs shoulders* DC comics created so many contradictions and multiverses over the years that they had to have major events to kind of reset everything, like the Crisis of Inifinte Earths. And a lot of comic book artists have been praised for their variation of certain characters compared to others. I can already tell this movie is going to be close enough, and really just want to enjoy it, escape reality for 2-3hours. A lot of these directors doing these movies are huge fans of the comics, but are artists in their own right. If we don't give them some type of artisitic license, they aren't going to make these movies that we've been begging for for years. Just my 2 cents. Relax... : )
  5. All you have is your name and you word at the end of the day. I won't defend DJ on this, because my word matters to me. I also believe NBA basically has a "tampering-allowed" period that I'm totally not surprised the Clippers used out of desperation. Usually takes something like this to force a change, but there needs to be one.
  6. Going to have to read more into this, but I don't understand the "start of free agency" if some players cannot officially sign yet.
  7. Ya, so that didn't sound right either. So chromium is installed on my laptop, and locking up, but not outright crashing like Firefox is. So I installed Chromium on the desktop no issues. Running updates on the laptop (which I don't use as much), and going to check resources, but it looks like I'm not having issues with regular Chrome on the desktop or my phone. Trying not to hijack the thread (more just help), but going to install Chrome on laptop to confirm as well. Edit: Updates help Chromium on the laptop, Chrome on laptop works without issue
  8. Regular Chrome on Linux has no issues (using Mint 17). Same with Android (was killing my dolphin browser). I'd recommend people trying using Chrome on their computer and phone and see if they're still having issues. Was doing element inspect, and it doesn't seem to be linked to gif size or source, such as imgur.
  9. I doubt Clippers are really that desperate to trade for Nene, but if they are, anybody ya'll would trade him to LA for? Our just get a future second round pick and get out of there?
  10. That just means he'll be Otto Porter 2.0 once he does start playing (if he ever does).
  11. I'm noticing this page crashing for me as well when I use firefox and Chromium in linux. Not seeing any crashing yet in chrome in my windows VM or IE, but I'm still having trouble with firefox in windows even with noscript turned off (looks mad trying to pull images from imgur). Getting owned in the owned thread, go figure
  12. This. And despite that incredible defense, the Warriors storm back with only half their dynamic backcourt. There's no way this series is over, especially after the fact GS was down 2-1 earlier in the playoffs in a similar situation against a team that was bigger then them as well. 2-3 minutes extra in the fourth quarter and there's just as good a chance of this series being 2-1 Warriors. Literally, I totally expect to see GS come out just as desperate in Game 4 as they were in that last quarter..
  13. It's Steph's year, and he deserves it. I peronally liked that Lebron went back to Cleveland, but I do remember he left in the first place for a reason.
  14. Trying to save my likes, but this page alone is making it borderline impossbile. Happy Tuesday : )
  15. Sometimes I log in just to "like" something : )
  16. It's like someone wants us to be stupid. Pretty sure the word "dinosaur" is not in the Bible, I've been looking.
  17. I gotta say, this is really an interesting point that I'm curious to see how many other people feel the same way about. So I did a quick google search to see who won championships during the two seasons Jordan was out the NBA. Hello, Houston Rockets. I wonder what this debate would look like if Jordan hadn't been out the NBA those two seasons and serious possibility of him having 8 straight championships.
  18. I gotta give it to this guy (wizard killa or not), he's about to take a team that couldn't make the playoffs to the NBA finals. I don't know if that makes him GOAT, but we're watching him do it and I have to give credit where credit is due. Edit - Feel Curry and Co. going to be too much for Lebron to do by himself, similar but different situation to last year when it was Spurs Vs Lebron
  19. As a Wizards fan, I'm just besides myself right now. Wonder how many of those punk Hawk players are going to say they should be up 2-0 right now, not the other way around now. Womp womp.
  20. Inside joke with good friend of mine (my bad): Hornets
  21. Saw on ESPN website Kobe likely isn't coming back to LakerLand after this coming season is over. Part of me hopes he isn't done done, and maybe joins Team Jordan before finally calling it quits (or his body officially calling it quits for him).
  22. Renegade7 on Nene returning to the Wizards next season: "I hope not."
  23. I was entertained, and am very proud of this team, really am : ) I, too, don't feel Randy is going anywhere now, no matter how I feel about it. I guess I can live with them adding another assistant coach who can specializes in offense, particularly what's going on in today's NBA. I brought it up to my dad not too long ago about the concern of Nene saying he wanted his minutes limited. In my eyes, he's done, and we need to address the PF position from the standpoint of being able to matchup for the Milsaps of the NBA; the only answer we had for him all series was watching him catch the flu. Wall and Beal are probably already the best backcourt in the East, and I could tell by the way they manhandled the backcourts of Toronto and Atlanta game after game. With the emergence of Porter, we really need replacements for Butler and Webster (basically guys off the bench that when Wall finds them open and hit open shots). As long as we keep up the defense and continue to dominant backcourt matchups, we're going to be a problem in the East for years to come. There's a difference between what I want and what I can live with, and I can live with addressing athleticism at PF and getting bench players that can hit open shots. Also, please keep Seraphin. He gets a lot of love, even on the national level, and a lot of times deservedly so.
  24. Those tickets probably expensive as hell, bro. I've met people that listen to the game on the radio that are bigger fans then some of the people that go to the game.
  25. Something tells me if we planned to shut him down, we would've done it by now.
