Heading to London, then Paris in 18 days. Kind of sucks that the era of spontaneity of doing stuff is gone. Think we have already reserved half a dozen tickets in both locations. Just wish British Airways didn't charge to reserve seats more than 24hrs in advance.

Probably falls under the chicklit Romantasy side..but 1/2 way through Fourth Wing. It's described as a war school fantasy , Harry Potterish like but with sex, death, etc. It's also book 1 in a anticipated 5 book series. Book 2, Iron Flame, is already out.

Seems like they'd be setting themselves up for a lawsuit though if someone followed the fake part of the map and drove across the lawn/in to the house.

But wouldn't that increase then be explained by the invidivual driver's coverage amount? It's one thing to complain your insurance went up because you bought a 75k truck. It's another to see increases despite no changes to what's being covered and driving record, right? Edit..or is the argument that other peoples higher price cars being added effects everyone's collision coverage?

I suspect car theft and break-ins are also up, causing the cascade in insurance costs. But also its probably just corporate greed.

Guess I am lucky that that our car insurance policy (USAA) on 3 cars went down from July 2023, when it renewed in Jan 2024. We will see what July 2024 holds. But I suspect USAA is going to be a soft landing then too.

They have to make it out of it first. They could easily lose their next 3 and fall to 10. Suns have Clippers, Kings, Wolves left. The 7-10 in the West is going to be a wild finish. Dubs could get to 7 or 8, Lakers could too. All 4 teams are ikely dangerous to the top seeds.

Lakers are just not effective when they don't get gifted 20+ more free throws than their opponent.
