Not much out there on the Chris Miller signing. Released by the Cardinals, CB, former Colorado Buffalo, also had him listed as a safety? -
I even cheated and all I got is Ryan Anderson from this year...

Just for giggles I looked at a few Eagles message boards, constant theme seems to be that "if nothing else he isn't hitting us for 6 sacks a game any more" lol. They get that at this point in his career he's probably just a rotational player but also a great leader and character guy in the locker room for a year or two. Most giving him mad respect. Referenced on more than one occasion he might take some pressure off their CB's. I gather their CB's are an issue ight now.

This year may have some rough spots/growing pains but they have a ton of talent on that team going forward.

Anyone aware ot the percentage of first downs not converted when a team gets penalized at least once within a set of downs and does not go on to make that first down? As opposed to no penalties yet made the first down? Hope that makes sense.

Is that correct that he has never played football? Athletic freak, obviously rooting for him, but as Tyson said "lets see what happens the first time he gets punched in the mouth" or something to that effect.

Im thinking If we continue to address the majority of the glaring needs this year we could presumably go into next years draft looking to upgrade interior OL (presuming we draft OT this year, and Fitz sticks around). The pressure to sign Sherff would be minimal. Sherff on a tag this year essentially buys us a year.

I think there in lies the allure to a LT that can be a corner stone on a rookie contract for 4 or 5 years, because finding a good one in free agency will cost a mint. Its not the sexy pick and its not in my opinion as big of a need as LB, but if you can get a stud LT on the cheap you have to consider it.

I think that being able to read through progressions is what made Heinekie stand out so much in the Tampa game. Though him not being a statue and being able to move around helped buy him the time to go through reads.
