Poor dude. By now hes just been sleeping in his car in the parking lot with his cell phone charged waiting on the next call. Brings in just enough gear to the locker room to make it through the day and then loads his car up again that night.

Graded at 32 in both offense and defense! That's pretty special territory.

Keep hearing how good he is on special teams (2nd and 3rd hand). I have no idea either way, I just haven't spent much time dwelling on coverage units to have an opinion. Curious if any one here has spent anytime watching him on ST. I was thinking the same thing for Tampa with Brady. lol

Also Kyle Allen getting injured and Taylor Heinike brought in off the street. Hard to put anything consistent together when dealt that hand.

Depends whats on the table obviously but guess you gotta ask are we a better team without him plus whatever compensation we get? Not sure we would be for realistic compensation.

I hear what your saying and agree on last year, however I think that next year, especially if this team really shows something this year that will certainly change. Also take into consideration changes in the front office, a rebranding and possibly having the money to spend.

Did we just resign Toth after just cutting him on Tuesday? Or did I imagine that? Is he the "designated" guy that gets cut and then resigned every other day this year?

I think the fact that he has a "guaranteed" job this year and isnt out trying to make a play every single snap plays into that. Last year he was playing "to win games in way he knew how" and possibly didn't have the expectation of being a bona-fide NFL QB with a full training camp etc. behind him? No expectations last year gave him that leeway, this year he is being asked to complement the entire team and like you said not make the mistakes that could hurt the team. -

Cut down to 80 today by 4pm (5 minimum released). Any surprise cuts to be made today? "Doing them a solid by releasing them early"? Next week will be the busy week with rosters down to 53 by Tuesday 31st.

I believe that is the case, a one for one deal and there are still 5 remaining cuts to be made by tomorrow eve.

Im sure Terry politely got in Fitz's ear right after that play (Terry was well aware he was open judging by the way he raised his arm after passing the DB). I imagine Fitz will be be more in tuned to the possibility going forward. LOL
