    The NY Times is clearly in the tank for Trump. Dem leaders need to have a meeting with Jill. Tell her that does Joe wants to be the man who lets Trump back in. Even though Joe is thought poorly of now, history will look kindly upon him. Already, historians rank him pretty high. Only Jill convince Joe to drop out. He won’t of course but the only person who will be blamed if Trump wins, is him.

    Adam will survive if the qb he drafts is a bust , as long as he hits well elsewhere. He’ll get that shot to find another qb. If the qb busts, Dan will likely be the scapegoat.

    Sean’s ego is what’s going to get him fired in a couple of years. He’s in a division with Mahomes and the Chargers will be much better under Harbaugh. He’s going have a tough time winning.

    Steelers haven’t had a Top 5 pick in 54 years, let that sink in. They’ve had some losing seasons in that time but were never that bad.

    The 24 thread is open; so shouldn’t this one be closed. Moves are now being made with 24 free agency in mind.

    I can see Williams actually liking Chicago because he knows he could control who the Bears hire as next coach. Everyone knows Eberflus is on the hot seat and a non playoff season, even with a rookie qb and he’s gone. Bears did have 7 wins last year, so playoff expectations not unwarranted. He sees how Rodgers basically runs the Jets, they do everything to his wishes. He could have similar power in 25, to a desperate Bears team. He won’t have that sway here, under previous owner; yes.

    The only way Giants are getting Maye is if he’s there at 3 on draft day and Pats willing to go down to 6 and get McCarthy. The Bears and Commanders aren’t trading down.

    I think we target one or two big named free agents, then rest of free agency will be in the bargain bin. We aren’t using all of our cap space.

    Hallmark has an excellent time travel series, The Way Home. Currently airing second season at 9pm on Sundays. A daughter falls thru a pond that takes her back to key event in her mom’s life. She keeps going back and even becomes besties with her young mom. Her mom even does the same thing going back , trying to find out what happened to her kid brother who went missing. Season 2, it’s mostly the mom going back but this time to 1814 and she finds out what happened to her little brother.

    Also, Kirk and Russ aren’t looking to be transitional qbs until a rookie is ready. Kirk is looking for what will likely be his final contract as a starter. Russ also said he wants two more SuperBowls; he’s not going anywhere to babysit. Kirk probably gets his final contract but Russ going to find no one will want to commit to him and he likely has to wait for someone to get injured and then he’ll have to prove it before anyone gives him one more deal.

    My guess they will target one or two big free agents but most of free agents will be from the bargain bin. Adam’s specialty is finding gems in the draft and think he can apply that to draft.

    No one will sign Russ doing free agency. He likely doesn’t sign somewhere until someone gets injured either In camp or doing the regular season. Teams rather try their luck with rookies than Russ or Justin. Also, looks like Steelers want only a qb to compete with Kenny; as they want to run it back with him one more year.

    Of course the trade market is disappointing because he sucks. No one is going to want to trade for a mediocre qb, you have to pay big dollars in a year.

    What if he’s available at #2 and we don’t draft him? Then what’s he gonna do?

    If we are in position to draft him and we do, Adam better find our Brock Purdy later in the draft; in case we need to go to him. I’m sensing nothing but problems for whomever drafts him.

    I’ll give Napoleon a C+. Saw a wierd lesbian romance - stupid criminals movie , Drive-Away Dolls last weekend. That gets a D. If you’re a fan Dune, Dune part 2 just came out.
