    Howell will be. He went from starter to 3rd string. If he doesn’t get traded, he’ll probably asked to be released. He’s going to want to go somewhere where he can at least be the backup and maybe have a shot at starting; that’s not happening here. We can find another 3rd stringer.

    Aaron is narcissistic enough, he would accept. Jets would go apoletic. Or could Rodgers be the qb on Sundays and campaign on weekdays. It would only be for the first 9-10 games.

    Contend for what? A division title in the weak NFC South, yes. That’s the most a Cousins team will contend for. Kirk will never lead a team to a championship or even appearing in a superbowl.

    I think you have to spend 90% of the cap. This was changed a few years ago to prevent teams like Bengals from not spending.

    No one is giving up a 2nd rounder for Sam. If someone trades for Sam, they will give at best a 4th rounder.

    New England may not like either Maye or Daniels and is willing to trade down and get a qb later. Maybe JJ, Nix or Pennix. Have Brissett start for the year.

    Going to be interesting seeing the board freak out over how little activity from us in the first push of free agency.

    Considering starting qb salaries are averaging between 45-60 million, it’s inevitable that backup qb salaries will be going up. Sam only has one year experience and got worse as the season went along and also was Ramsied. We need a veteran qb backup with more experience. If Sam remains on the roster; he’ll be 3rd string at best.

    I have no clue who they will take, just as long as it’s qb 2 or qb 3. Trust them to pick best qb for Kingsbury system. If they decide qb 4 or qb 5 is better; they better get it right. I think you are allowed 30 visits from draft picks to your facilities. So, who we invite to Ashburn should be telling.
