Forehead
Seriously? This was some of the best in-flight entertainment, some of the ridiculous crap in there. And the exclamation point laden descriptions to convince you they were worth the obscene prices.

mcsluggo
true.. the entertainment value was there... but the bankruptcy filing begs the question, did anyone in entire history of anywhere ever buy a single thing out of those catalogues? The 12th Commandment
Tablets killed them I bet or had something to do with it. Between my tablet and my kindle I don't look at the magazines in the pocket anymore. It was only ever out of boredom anyway and now there's better stuff to look at. I thought the same thing. Does anyone know anyone who actually bought something from it?
China
Not SkyMall but... Kitchen gadgets review: the Egg Master – a horrifying, unholy affair What? The Egg Master (£29.99, DecentGadget, Amazon) is a vertical grill encased in silicone housing. Ingredients poured into the plastic tube are heated by an embedded, wraparound element. When ready, food spontaneously rises from the device. Why?Because there is no God. mcsluggo
ok.... i found somebody who bought something from skymall. somebody i know (of) bought a "safe T man", which is billed as a tough looking mannequin for women to put in their car when they drive in bad neighborhoods so that they won;t be harassed. seriously and for true. the person i know (of) was a friend of a friend that supposedly bought one to be his HOV driving companion. the friend of a friend... like the guy that you know about that actually DID swallow 4 packs of pop-rocks and a pepsi and had their explode. China
You will never have to walk again with the Modobag The Modobag, just launched on Indiegogo. It’s a carry-on sized suitcase that is also an electric vehicle that will carry a 180 pound commuter up to six miles on a charge at up to eight miles per hour. (It can carry a 260 pound passenger). At under a thousand bucks, that's cheaper than most electric bikes. Click on the link for more
