spjunkies
http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/18377/Is-Walt-Disney-Preparing-a-Bid-for-Electronic-Arts/ The Wall Street Journal is speculating on the possibility that the Walt Disney Co. might acquire Electronic Arts. The financial publication reported: Disney Chief Financial Officer Tom Staggs appeared to leave the door open Tuesday. When asked about Disney's focus on developing games in house versus buying another company, he told an investor, "I don't want you to conclude that those are in the long term mutually exclusive." Moments later he noted a "strategic and attractive" opportunity would be "a possibility." EA, an obvious target, is now available for a net cost of just $4 billion. In the sense of full disclosure, readers may want to note that TeamXbox and The Wall Street Journal are both owned by News Corp.
PokerPacker
As if EA hasn't put out enough crap on its own.
Springfield
I thought EA had already bought out all of the video game studios. Now Disney wants to buy EA? OOOOOOOHHH NOOOOOOOES!!
RedskinzOwnU
If this means that the Madden series will stop sucking then I'm all for it!
Bacon
If this means that the Madden series will stop sucking then I'm all for it! It'll be even more cartoony and unrealistic. On the bright side, I'm sure Wall-E will be a playable character. He really does have a gun for an arm!

No_Pressure
maybe they will return to a time like 2000-2002 when they made games that weren't overhyped piles of buggy, incomplete, or just downright boring/terrible crap.
