  1. Sure. Then give a hard foul in play like happens in every other level of basketball. To get this straight... first you claim or was nothing, now it was justified? You have a player who has been kicked off of not one but two teams for being hothead. And then out of the league for what? 2 years? But yeah it's receipts or something.
  2. Flat out implied? Did he say it flat out or did he imply it? I guess he definitely might have done either
  3. Nobody is clutching pearls... one of the dumbest things I've seen on here. Cheap shot from behind when the ball isn't in play is garbage and would get a certain kind of treatment on any playground. Be honest and you know what it would be.
  4. That's true. It would probably veer into semantics but the nominee is not granted a clearance either. They are, as you stated, provided briefings that will contain restricted or summarized classified info. Pretty sure the tradition will continue. And the briefers will be more restricted than traditionally
  5. The person who is elected President, whoever it is, is not granted a security clearance like you all are talking about. Private Citizen Donald Trump would likely not get a clearance. If he becomes President again then the position automatically is granted access to the information he needs to do his job. To include that which has been deemed "classified".
  6. Of all the things there are to not like Snyder over... having issues with Feinstein is not high, or even on, my list. In fact, having an issue with Feinstein humanizes him if anything
  7. Well maybe he wasn't trained in the particular profession? That's the "or" part of the definition. Regardless, I would think we could all agree that Russell is not very bright, insightful, or worth listening to on the radio. I'm pretty sure that applies to pretty much the entire roster of 106.7 "talent"! Maybe their company going bankrupt could lead to some turnover. Been traveling up and down the 95 corridor frequently over the last couple of months. I actually enjoy hearing the Philly and NY shows. Maybe Philly is enjoyable because I got to listen to them talk about the collapse of both the Phillies and Eagles!
  8. I heard Mr. Fauntroy speak about a year ago also. I agree 100 percent with you. I didn't know he passed... I'm glad I heard him when I did. Years ago I was fortunate to have lunch with Benjamin Davis. Another truly incredible story. When he was commissioned into the Army he was only the 2d black officer in the Army at the time. The other... his father. Eventually commanded the Tuskegee Airmen.
  9. It's not a donation.... it's a stock purchase. There's no citizenship requirement to buy stock
  10. Dude, there are 100 articles about this... none of them are my own. I'd bet on a year or 2 from now that company will be worthless. And he'll have liquidated most, if not all, of his shares. But you're right. We'll see. There's a chance that there is nobody in the world who will buy those shares
  11. Crazy valuations are pretty common in the market. Don't you remember the gamestop and AMC era? Even if the share price loses 75 percent and he nets a cool billion. He's going to make more on this than all the lawsuits cost. This will go down as a greater money making scam than the rest of his. Waiting for foreign investors to buy stock?
  12. He's going to end up with a few billion dollars when that SPAC deal goes through https://www.cnn.com/2024/02/15/business/trump-spac-truth-social-stock/index.html
  13. I think that was the Greaseman who asked for a one way ticket to the 14th St Bridge Edit Correction... you are right, it was something different that got greaseman fired. That one was Stern
  14. You really think that is the case? Like TCU was legit "one of the best" and not just a "resume" last year? Or Cincinnati has ever been one of the 4 best teams in the country? Why do people talk about school legacy so much? Who cares what a particular team did or didn't do in previous years?
