Bozman777
Hey Everyone, The latest track for Ivan could be a mess if the storm picks up any speed. Don't need the satellite to go out. I just ordered Sunday Ticket and a HDTV receiver. I'm Pumped!
Opiate-Zeo
If that's where it's at on 1pm sunday. Then the game may actually be totally dry. That would be nice.

panthro
When the storm actually hits land, it will begin to disintegrate. It will never reach the Mid-Atlantic states.

Skins24
http://www.weather.com/weather/detail/USNY0996?dayNum=5 Rain. Not only from Ivan, but also from a front... When the storm actually hits land, it will begin to disintegrate. It will never reach the Mid-Atlantic states. The rain actually spreads, so even though it's down there on Sunday, the rain will be affecting a huge area.
The Sisko
Great. Perfect strategic placement of the storm at 1PM on Sunday:rolleyes: =no Sunday Ticket (or anything else via satellite) in the ATL area:mad:

Mr. S
the cloud cover from the hurricane may be affecting virginia now as it is. The hurricane eye itself will disintegrate once it hits land, but the rain we deifnitely will get come sunday or monday.
dahogs
That's alright, Gibbs used wet footballs in practice last week, and now I've heard that he's having the team practice in a wind tunnel (with wet footballs) this week. Man, that Gibbs, he's got it all covered.
kevinmk
aint nothing better than watching a football game in HDTV!!! FYI-Thunder and Lightning ran for 170 last Sunday. jrfriedm
Considering you're in N.C. then it will probably be bad for you, however, it should be dry up in NY. Bad news for the Giants, and Tom.

Dead Money
The weather is still too fickle to worry about right now because when there is a major weather system (see IVAN) it can make unprojected changes in the National Weather. Wait till friday before you make any assumptions about what the weather is going to be for anywhere from Maine To Florida and as West as St. Louis because none of the long-term forecasts are highly dependable right now.
