If I was driven away, that'd mean I didn't use the internet, PERIOD. Severely curtailing my use would simply mean that I don't access the internet nearly as much as I do now. For example, I'd probably still read a lot of the posts on extremeskins, I just would no post. I might also use an anonomyzer, some other method (for example, a re-mailer of websites of interest) or I might even write my own hack.
