I mean, the GOP is pretty blatant and shameless about how racist their base is and how willing their candidates are to pander to that racism but let’s pretend like we live in Imaginationland where the very obvious **** that we all see on a daily basis (like the fact that every racist loudly supports the GOP, or that Trump emotionally defended actual Nazis after one of them killed a person after driving his car into a crowd, or how they cry about not celebrating confederates and accuse Democrats of trying to change history while simultaneously changing history and refusing to admit that white people ever did anything bad to Black people because they don’t want to hurt any white people’s feelings 🙄) isn’t happening right in front of us.
