Treat co-workers as co-workers and not a dating pool. Don't touch except to shake hands is appropriate. Don't stare at any part of their body. If they stare at you, finish your work business and move on. Avoid any kind of talk unless it's about work or the occasional what you did on the weekend. One place that I worked had a guy that always told size jokes. It was disgusting, however the women managers who were superior to me would always laugh. I walked away. Walking away is the best thing you can ever do and get these thoughts about this woman out of your mind. You're going to end up fired. And you don't need that.
