Well, over last year, it's a 2 game improvement, so yes. But, that would also be 4 years of 9-7, 8-7-1, 7-9, 9-7, and I would ask why in 4 years your in exactly the same spot you were at the beginning of the 4 years. And I would ask if next year 11-5 or better is realistic with this regime, because if you have essentially been in neutral for 4 years, but you claim that you are "building to something" then that something has to come at some point.
