Awful I wish there was one coordinator who, when hired, just decided to troll everyone and was like "... yeah, I'm going to teach our guys to play as soft as possible, make sure they're real flexible when bending and understand that, hey, sometimes you're going to break too. Just make sure you guys are having fun and do your best to avoid injuries, don't hit too hard now. That's key for me, that's my philosophy."
