The Evil Genius
I know this isn't in the spirit of the thread - but, to me, front to back, back to front, I'm not sure if there has been a better alternative record made. I suspect had they come out right now, they would have ruled the alt airwaves, that's how timeless this record is. Violent Femmes - Violent Femmes 1. "Blister in the Sun" 2. "Kiss Off" 3. "Please Do Not Go" 4. "Add It Up" 5. "Confessions" 6. "Prove My Love" 7. "Promise" 8. "To the Kill" 9. "Gone Daddy Gone" 10. "Good Feeling"

Metalhead
Alrighty, here's mine as of now (my musical tastes change frequently). This is mostly electronic/industrial oriented with some retro and uplifting vibes. Some of these tracks require patience and reflection, especially the track by Jesu - I find it to be a deconstruction of emotion, very powerful, and cathartic. And this list even fits on a compact disc, if people do that anymore lol. 01. "Europe Endless" Kraftwerk 02. "Into The Void" Nine Inch Nails 03. "Maia Nebula" Stellardrone 04. "Oxygene Part IV" Jean-Michel Jarre 05. "The Stars That Hang Above You" Jesu 06. "VLA (edit)" Carbon Based Lifeforms 07. "We Own The Sky" M83 08. "Saffron Revolution" Fennesz 09. "Cars" Gary Numan 10. "Expiration Date" Fear Factory
