Buckets24
Side note: I recall he was in almost the exact position you are in. He didn't want to pay a large amount of money for an attorney. But he finally had to. The attorney advised him to break up his one patent into several and I know that has paid huge dividends for him. If any one was wondering it was certain parts/technology/software in a specialized manufacturer process. Best of luck

grhqofb5
I thought about this about 15 years ago. Powdered beer. Just add cold water (like Kool Aid) and bubbles. Then I saw this.. http://beerstreetjournal.com/powdered-beer-to-go-just-add-water/ Odds are..whatever you thought of has already been thought of. I also had an idea similar to this a few years ago. But what you would do is increase the alcohol content of a beer by pouring it into a 16 ounce shot glass, then taking a shot of whiskey and dropping it into the glass. Then, you need to drink it all at once.
PleaseBlitz
I invented what is now, basically, Tile in 1998. https://www.thetileapp.com/. It's just a small tracker you can attach to your keys, wallet, the remote, whatever, that can then talk to a stationary piece of hardware with mapping software to tell you where your **** is. But i didn't have the technical expertise to make it a real thing. Tile wasn't released until 2014.

"The earliest evidence of glazed brick is the discovery of glazed bricks in the Elamite Temple at Chogha Zanbil, dated to the 13th century BC. Glazed and colored bricks were used to make low reliefs in Ancient Mesopotamia, most famously the Ishtar Gate of Babylon (ca. 575 BC), now partly reconstructed in Berlin, with sections elsewhere. Mesopotamian craftsmen were imported for the palaces of the Persian Empire such as Persepolis." Sacks 'n' Stuff
When I was in college, any time we saw kids with a lemonade stand my one friend would paint his fat ass up like Kool-Aid man (I still have a picture) and my other friend and I would put on suits and sunglasses. We'd drive up, I'd get out and open the door for Kool-Aid man who would tell the kids, "This is a Kool-Aid town" while we took a baseball bat to the stand and stole their money. Granted, this wasn't anywhere close to a billion dollar idea but it sure was a fun way to get beer money.
